Our Departments


As the main touch point with our clientele, the Customer Service at TE Data strives towards achieving one goal: providing world-class customer service. Our success in adopting the best practices in customer service, has placed us as Egypt's leading internet service provider, and allowed us to provide customer service consultancy service to neighbor countries.
Our multi-layered service channels, from contact centers and outlets to home visits and online solutions, guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty. We provide 24/7 technical support at our customer service centers. In the summer, we expand our services to the North Coast with 48 hours installation service.
Besides our Quality Assurance programs that maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, we recently introduced our "Super Support" online tool, as one of our efforts to promote remote customer service, in partnership with Alcatel-Lucent, which provides clients with self-support and self-installation options. We also offer our branded modem to ensure the best quality of service and compatibility of TE Data's technologies.
We serve our clients with diligence, promptness and ultimate care. Our highly skillful, proactive and dynamic team is the main catalyst for achieving our goals. We employ young, friendly, results-oriented agents with excellent communication skills and team work spirit.
With our shifts-based employment programs, multi-sites contact centers and work from home policy, give our agents the ultimate flexibility to manage their professional lives.
Our department is divided into 4 Divisions: Contact Centre Division, Customer Relationship Management Division, Customer Service Planning and Performance Management Division, and Customer Service Support Division.

The Content department is responsible for developing and maintaining the content of all TE Data's online portals. In other words we create the interface between the company and our customers, making our primary client the internal departments of TE Data.
Our team of web developers and designers build online portals, as value-added services for our ADSL customers, from entertainment materials to news and competitions. We also focus on maintaining an online venue for continuous interaction with our customers.
On the operations level of the content, we work on digitizing all content obtained from our satellite network partners, such as television series, music, etc… We are also responsible for developing the design and the content of all of our online advertisements.

In the Content department, creativity is our asset and positive attitude is our style.

The home marketing department aims at achieving highest market shares through providing our target customers with top notch Services that meet their daily needs.
We utilize latest tools and technologies in Marcom, CRM planning & product development and loyalty & retention programs offer value-added series to our customers.
Our strong sense of costumer orientation guarantees our success in the market with an achievement of more market share in 2009 Our highly skilled team continues to grow year by year, which is why we are always looking for creative, energetic and visionary talents with strong communication skills.

As the name implies, the sales department is responsible for consumer sales to our direct customers: home ADSL users.
Since inception, we grew our operations to offer our solution to our wide base of customer through 50 points of sales and presence in the majority of telecom Egypt exchanges.
Our agents are the main interface with customer they are the face of the company which is fully equipped with strong team sprits and high level of endurance and loyalty. We look for young self-motivated individuals with excellent negotiation & persuasion skill and strong interpersonal skills.

Strategic Planning & Performance Management Department embraces the following activities:

• Strategic planning of the business & operation in alignment with TE's group corporate strategy
• Home business unit performance management & analysis

These activities will determine largely where we are going in the next several months and years and what we must do to achieve our objectives.

The Enterprise Business Sales provides high quality account management to the Egyptian enterprise market.
Our Business Sales team is comprised of three main divisions: the Account Management division that serves our wide base of enterprise customers, the Indirect Sales division, which serves our premium partners, associate & accredited partners, in addition to our global partners. Finally, the Direct Sales division, which serves Enterprise customers through flag stores designed specially to service business needs.
For Business Sales, we seek determined, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals, who love challenges and can work well in teams.

Our Enterprise Customer Operations team includes young and customer-oriented talents, who are fast learners and can work under pressure; the Department is comprised of two main divisions.
Enterprise Project & Order Management division demonstrates high quality standards of planning , organizing and coordinating order and projects activities to bring about the successful completion of specific project as well as supporting enterprise sales force to accomplish their target.
Enterprise Network Operations and Support division includes highly qualified networks engineers who provide world - class technical support to our enterprise customers with full aspiration to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Enterprise Key Account Management department is responsible for managing accounts of key business clients, such as the government, banks and other 150 key clients, which account for the majority of the company's sales revenues.
We speak in the market on behalf of not only TE Data, but also Telecom Egypt. We present the companies' branded products and services, as well as other new IT products. We drive business from being the best partner to key account customers in ISP services, to being the best partner to key account customers in ICT.
We offer a wide variety of ICT products to our customers, such as connectivity VPN or leased lines, wireless Pre WiMax, hosted call center, IP surveillance, digital signage, digital archiving, SAAS, fiber connectivity, PRI, DOD, DID, etc…

TE Data's Enterprise Marketing department's core responsibility is to provide connectivity solutions and technological ICT value propositions to enterprise entities in order to enhance the telecommunications services being offered to end users and enrich the work flow of the businesses. Our portfolio involves unified offerings, Data collaboration solutions & compounds network solutions, hosting services and many other advanced technologies to offer to business customers and entities.
We focus heavily on maintaining high levels of interaction with decision-makers of vendors, partners and customers, to understand their needs. Our need-based solutions are then negotiated and created by the Marketing team, and pushed to the Enterprise Sales team to offer to our customers.
Our working environment depends on strong internal collaboration between team members, with their technical sales colleagues and externally with the customer. We continuously work on training and developing our team members to guarantee they stay updated with the newest market knowledge. Our team works in three divisions: Marcom, Enterprise Business Planning Unit and Enterprise Product Development Unit.

The Finance & Administration Sector handles all Finance related activities including Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Financial Reporting, Operational Finance, Purchasing, Warehousing, Billing Control, Revenue Assurance, Bank Relation and Cash Management, Taxes, Insurance, and Risk Management. This is in addition to Administrative functions presented in Facility Management, Fleet & Transportation Management, Space Planning, Messengers Allocation , Building Maintenance, Security and Safety, Cleaning, Catering, and Construction.
Our Finance related departments, are using Oracle software and applying Egyptian and International Financial Reporting Standards to maintain all financial operations. Also our Administration related departments are applying best practices to maintain a wide scale of administrative work, including management of 3 Administrative buildings, and 22 branches by end of 2010.
We have an open career path for candidates and we offer continuous education and on-job training to all Finance and Administration employees. In addition, our high level of activities opens the door for our team to be exposed to most of the financial issues, giving them stronger experiences through hands-on job practice.

The Department of Information Technology provides services related to information technology to TE Data staff. This department's responsibilities include maintaining a stable electronic work environment; collaborating with other staff to use information technology to better serve the TE Data's constituents; identifying emerging technologies to meet the TE Data's changing needs; protecting the TE Data's investment in technology; and providing training to staff on the proper use of software programs and equipment.

Internal Audit Department provides an independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the operations of the Company. It helps the Company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

We lead our profession in the use of contemporary audit methodologies and the IIA standards. We are recognized for our professionalism, objectivity and commitment to excellence in servicing our customers. In return, we are respected and viewed as a source of highly trained and talented members of the TE Data community.

The PMO & Business Excellence department is divided into 3 units: Business Process Unit, Project Management Unit, and Quality Management Unit.
Our mission is to facilitate the achievement of the overall strategy of TE Data, through putting processes for all existing and new products, managing the projects as a whole, and measuring KPIs for all existing processes to enhance any weaknesses.
The department is the only place that looks at projects with a bigger picture perspective, and ensures that each product and project matches our corporate strategy.
We also work on facilitating the harmonization between TE Data and Telecom Egypt, and their respective activities.

Technical Operations Department is TE Data core function as it supports all technological development & maintenance of the company. In other words, we are the "kitchen" of the company.
We succeeded in building the largest internet bandwidth with 70% data communications capacity in Egypt we expanded our operations regionally being the 1st internet services provider in Jordon with an ambitious expansion plan for the future.
Our adoption of the latest technologies positioned us as the market leader in IP/MPLS technology, and opened the market for us to offer consulting services to other countries in the region, such as Libya yeomen and Palestine operations is the 2nd biggest department in TE Data with 250 employees in 2009 and strong plan for the growth. We are after people with strong technical skill and team work spirit.
