TE Data's EGYPT major shareholder is Telecom Egypt [ Egypt 's incumbent operator] owning 92.50% of the total number of shares. The rest is owned by 3 national banks; each owning 2.50% of the total number of shares respectively: National bank of Egypt , Misr bank and Cairo bank. Thus, this portfolio of shareholders provides TE Data EGYPT and consequently TEDATA JORDAN with a confident financial stability, endows it with craftsmen experience and know how in the field and secures it with financial adequacy.

Established in April 2004, TE Data JORDAN is implementing a certain strategy that revolves around the creation of a regional IP node through opening an operational ISP that will facilitate grasping opportunities resulting from the upcoming market liberalization in addition to offering professional services to neighboring countries.
