TE Data reveals latest IT solutions serving the business community , Tamer Gadallah: PC Back up, Digital Advertising and Remote Office are cost-effective services with new added value to companies

TE Data held a press conference to announce its latest products launching to companies and enterprises. The launch is considered a breakthrough in the ICT solutions offered to enterprises.

TE Data’s managing director Tamer Gadallah stated during the press conference that the new enterprise services include PC Back up, Digital Advertising, Remote Office in addition to Dot Masr domains. He stated that such services are considered the latest state-of-the-art technologies that are web-based offering new added-values to enterprises. The innovative services enable customers to have more time to focus on their core business while reducing their expenses with cost-effective, user-friendly solutions while granting the access to an integrated technical support by TE Data.

With regards to PC Back up, Gadallah said it is one of the latest advanced IT solutions based on cloud computing technology. It allows companies to automatically save a copy of its original data and information files on employees’ PCs. The backup can be implemented anywhere with the highest security levels during the process of transfer and storage, as long as internet access is granted. This service allows enterprises to enjoy backups without burdening its CAPEX with purchasing or managing servers and hardware, as it provides online storage of backups automatically according to the clients’. The process is implemented in a perfectly secure manner where these files cannot be lost or corrupted. In addition, the control panel unit allows the company to place rules and regulations for usage and follow up their implementation.

Remote Office is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises which possess more than one branch or need to communicate with remote employees who work outside the office. This gives an employee the ability to log on to the company’s network from a distance quickly and easily without the need to develop specific settings for his computer.  Gadallah added that Remote Office service is a mobile router working on the configuration of a virtual network operating with the utmost accuracy and security. The service has the ability to absorb large numbers of staff at the same time, communicating through multiple devices. It supports audio, video and data facilitating the interaction of people in various places and at different times. It is worth mentioning that the service works easily on ADSL which differentiates this service from the VPN.

Regarding the digital advertising service, Gadallah stated it is a real revolution in the world of advertising, where experts expect it to replace the traditional print billboards in the near future as it offers the technology needed nowadays for advertising in an innovative and attractive way, that delivers the advertising message clearly and simply to target customers. He also added “the service is a tool to display different advertisements and messages addressed to the audience via screen display in public areas such as shops, malls, airports, universities, and banks or inside different institutions”.

He added that such advertising tools are distinguished from the traditional boards through their interactive advertisement content that includes audio, video and text, along with the ability to change the content easily. He also stated that the digital advertising network is remotely managed via TE Data’s control center. The content is broadcasted to thousands of display tools with the access of full technical support 24/7.

TE Data recently launched “Dot Masr” domains for companies and major organizations to apply for Arabic-language web addresses. The move came after the company was awarded an unprecedented license to provide registration services for website address names in Arabic. It is worth mentioning that TE Data is the only company that succeeded in creating Arabic emails for companies' users subscribing in this service.
