For First Time in Egypt, Technical Support Taken to World-Class Levels through TE Data’s New Super Support Program

Cairo, September 7th, 2009 - TE Data announced today the launch of TE Data Super Support, which is expected to lead to a quantum leap in the field of technical support in Egypt as it is considered the best and latest means of troubleshooting computer and Internet service problems and automatically repairing service glitches.
“TE Data Super Support, which we provide in cooperation with Alcatel Lucent, will be available on the company’s website starting today, and it will enable customers to track their computer’s problems and solve them by themselves with a few clicks, a move that should save them plenty of time,” said Ahmed Ossama, TE Data’s Managing Director.
He explained that the service is a new program that can be downloaded for free from the company’s website (www.tedata.net). The program will track problems of the computer, Internet connection and the automatic setting of email and it will solve them quite rapidly.
Ossama added that the new program will be available to customers in the first full version release, noting that the program is capable of automatically updating itself through the Internet and thereby ensuring that the Internet and email systems remain constantly fast and safe. He added that the program is user-friendly and meets the requirements of every customer.
He also pointed out that the program will notably minimize the need to contact customer service, and that in the case a client needed to talk to a human voice to obtain more technical support a customer service representative from the Call Center will be aware of the subscriber's problem. That would consequently facilitate the diagnosis of a customer's problem and its speedy solution, hence lessening the duration of the client’s call.
Ossama also said his company's ability to provide its customers with this program is further proof of TE Data's leadership in the Egyptian market and its capability to adopt state-of-the-art technologies that eventually serve the customer's interests.
"We are working around the clock in order to provide our after-sale and technical support services in a better manner all the time and to take them to genuine world-class standards," he added. "The Super Support program is a significant stride to that end, and it does not only help the client enormously to get outstanding customer service but it also helps to enhance the experience of handling computers for users in general." He stated that the company's principal goal is to always satisfy customers and provide high-quality service.
It should be noted that Ahmed Ossama had earlier announced TE Data's plans to upgrade its customer service and technical support centers for the purpose of raising the levels of satisfaction among the various segments of customers served by TE Data.
