TE Data broadcast the World Youth Cup on TE Live in cooperation with ART

After the success that TE Data achieved during the holy month of Ramadan by offering viewers on its TE Live website TV dramas, the country's leading Internet service provider has now launched with the Arab Radio and TV network ART the service of airing all matches of the Fifa Under-20 World Cup that is organized by Egypt and is exclusively relayed by ART between the 24th of September and the 16th of October.

"Our statistics have demonstrated considerable success for the broadcasting service of TV series on the TE Live site that started at the beginning of Ramadan, and the company therefore decided with ART to offer the direct online airing of all games of the Fifa Under-20 World Cup on the same website www.telive.net that was kicked off jointly with ART and Microsoft at the end of August," stated TE Data's Managing Director, Ahmed Ossama on the occasion.

Ossama expected the new offering to win the satisfaction of a large number of TE Data customers who are fond of watching games on the worldwide web, particularly with the presence of a special page featuring all data about the tournament - competing teams and their coaches, results and scores of the matches – that will be constantly updated. The site also contains the "mini match" service, which shows highlights and goals of each game in spots ranging between 10 and 15 minutes.

Ossama added that the site includes a room for instant chatting with friends and fans while screening the games, noting that these are next-generation services for relay channels as they have the capacity of reaching a different segment of audience with unprecedented competence & flexibility and that they have proved capable of magnetizing viewers, providing both advantage and amusement at the same time.  

The working team at the ART network has expressed their gratification for the continued association with TE Data, being Egypt's largest Internet service and data solutions provider, in order to serve a large number of football lovers in the country.

It is worth noting that TE Data is Egypt's first and only provider of IPTV services.
