IP-VPN Service allows businesses to communicate privately with branch offices, to exchange corporate network traffic, and to establish communication with trusted external partners at low wide area networking costs.
TE Data’s IP-VPN Service provides flexible any-to-any connectivity using Internet Protocol Virtual Circuits (i-VC) with transmission speeds selected by the Customer. This service simply reduces the time, as well as the complexity, of building a Customer’s IP network.
MPLS is a technology that assigns labels to incoming packets where forwarding decisions are based solely on the contents of the label and not on the IP address.

Leading Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Packet Delivery within TE Data network:
TE Data Network Packet Edge-to Edge Delivery Guarantee is of 99% or greater.
TE Data's Service Availability Guarantee is to have the IP Transit service available 99.9% of the time.
Scheduled Maintenance: any planned maintenance at a TE Data POP that could affect the service provided to the client. The client shall be notified 48 hours in advance. Notice of Scheduled Maintenance will be provided to client’s designated single point of contact (SPOC) 48 hours in advance by a method elected by the client (telephone, email or fax).
