TE Data offers the following hosting services tailored for each individual client to suit their business needs:
1-Dedicated Hosting:
a. Managed Dedicated Hosting:
A client is provided with Rack or Rack Unit (U) space and connectivity at our Data Center Facility. A client ordering this service will rent TE Data’s owned hardware and have TE Data responsible for all on-sight maintenance and management (like server uptime monitoring, hardware warranty, security patch updates and more)

b. Un-Managed Dedicated Hosting:
A client with robust hosting requirements and exceptional technical know-how is offered our rented equipment, in addition to rack space, connectivity and the capability to remotely manage his service

c. Co-location Hosting:
When a customer invested in servers and hardware, TE Data will offer the customer the best hosting facilities and remote management tools to ensure professional service operation.

The Dedicated and Co-location hosting service provides the customer with the appropriate environment to accommodate hardware and to have all the operational requirements easily accessible, and maintenance technicians readily available.

2-Shared Hosting:
Shared hosting offers customers the opportunity to benefit from TE Data's dynamic Data Center services without bearing the hardships and complexities of investment and management of hardware and servers whilst having vast, easily accessible hosting features. Clients wishing to expand their business are offered several packages to choose the level of traffic, storage, and features they will require.

Shared Hosting Features:

- Domain management such as manage sub-domains and re-direct URLs
- Full site management and control of FTP accounts and site files
- Security: Block IP addresses from accessing website, password protect directories, prevent bandwidth leeching
- Statistical Tools: View disk & bandwidth usage, and monitor web traffic
- Database and Development Tools Support: MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP, Perl, CGI, and Python support

TE Data’s SLA
• Packet Delivery within TE Data Network: TE Data Network Packet Edge-to-Edge Delivery Guarantee is of 99% or greater.
• TE Data’s Service Availability Guarantee is to have the Hosting service available 99.9% of the time.
• Scheduled Maintenance is any planned maintenance at a TE Data Facility at which Customer’s equipment is located. Notice of scheduled maintenance will be provided to client's designated single point of contact (SPOC) 2 hours in advance by a method elected by TE Data (telephone, email or fax).
• TE Data's power availability guarantee is to have the TE Data AC power provided to Customer's Co-location cabinet available 100% of the time.
